Brennan is 2!

My little boy turned two last month! He and I have an agreement that he is not going to grow up and that he will stay my baby forever. So, I was in denial that is was his birthday for awhile. He is such a joy and a blessing to our family. We love him dearly!
He loved his birthday crown his sister made. Mostly he loved being the center of attention!

The kids talked Brennan into asking to go to McD's for dinner, but since we had been there recently for good grades that decision was nixed and we went to Training Table instead.

I had made a cake for Brennan earlier in the day, but it didn't rise, in fact, it sank in the middle. I checked the package and it had expired about a year ago. Nice! So, I quickly made a run to the grocery store, grabbed a cake, had them slap a "Brennan" on it and wha-laa beautiful birthday cake!

We even remembered to use the "special plate."

He had lots of help unwrapping his present!

He was so excited to have a Transformer just like Landon.

He loves his Duplo Legos from gma and gpa! Now he can play Legos with his brother and not get yelled at for wrecking everything.

He also loves his wheelbarrow full of sand toys from gma and gpa Parry. Thanks to everyone for making his day special! Another cool present he got was a new baby cousin! Welcome baby Emery! Happy Birthday baby boy!

Sledding Day

There was very little snow this winter, but we were able to take advantage of one of the days that it did snow.
Getting the kids ready for sledding took longer than the actual sledding lasted.

Landon trying out the new snow tube we got for Christmas.

This great sledding hill is right at the bottom of our street! Here is Mark and Brennan taking their turn. Brennan enjoyed the first couple times down and then he was done.

Lexi went the furthest in the plastic saucer and struck her victory pose.

Landon lost his first tooth! He was so excited. He let me pull it out without any crying or whining, which was nice for a change.
