Forever Disney Play

Our city does a children's play in the fall. When we went to see it last year the kids noticed that a lot of their friends in the play. They decided that they wanted to be in the next year's play. This year's play was "Forever Disney", which was written by the director. Lexi did great at auditions and was offered the lead role of Rapunzel. Landon didn't audition, but did so well at the first couple of practices that he was asked to be the lead role of Dopey. They practiced very hard for two months and couldn't wait for opening night! The play turned out so cute, and word spread quickly. The amphitheater was packed for all four performances! They did such a great job and I am so proud of them!!

Lexi on the night of dress rehearsal. Love the wig!

Landon on opening night. He did not enjoy having to put on all the make-up.

Back stage waiting for the show to begin.

Singing "Be A Man" from Mulan. This was Landon's favorite number!

"Heigh-Ho" number.

At the end of the song, the dwarves put on some shades and did their own "rap" moves to a beat-box version of "Heigh-Ho". It was hilarious!!

Singing in the "Princess Medley", a combination of many Disney princess songs.

Rapunzel all tangled up in her hair.

Lexi singing her "Healing Song" solo. (a capella!!)

Singing "How Does She Know" from Enchanted.

Landon loved every minute of this play and it showed!

Signing autographs for adoring fans after the show.

Saying good-bye to the guests with a few of the princesses.

Thanks to everyone who came to support Lexi and Landon in their first play! They have definitely been bitten by the acting bug and are already looking forward to next year's production.
